Wildcat and Ladycats Basketball have a stretch of road games. Both teams had tournaments out of town last weekend and play Putnam City tonight. They travel to Lawton Saturday.

Coach Jody Fincher stated about the Ladycats, “The girls have been working really hard in practice and we are looking forward to the upcoming games. I’m really proud of them for sticking together and working toward a common goal. They are great group of girls!”

Coach Ivan McFarlin had the following to say about the Wildcats, “I thought we played good in our last tournament in Altus and secured a Consolation win. The boys have surpassed their winrecord from last year. Despite being banged up with minor injuries, we have a good chance to be ranked and possibly be successful in the regional tournament pairings. Putnam City and Lawton are two tough games that are capable of winning. I can not wait for the opportuntity to get better at the end of the season.”
