Commissioners authorize Mayor to sign agreement with FOP Lodge #103

In Monday night’s City Commission meeting, commissioners approved the consent agenda, which included an item authorizing Mayor Homer Nicholson to sign a Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Ponca City and the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #103.

The Collective Bargaining Agreement is for fiscal year 2019-2020 and is retroactive to July 1,2019.

This agreement provides for an updated pay plan as provided for by the Mayor and Board of Commissioners.

Copies of the agreement are on file in the City Clerk’s Office and in the city’s Human Resources Department.
