Police update investigation, arrests made in shooting death

The Ponca City Police Department has updated its investigation into the shooting death of Shon Delodge.

Police Captain Randy Tyner issued a statement on the arrests and charges against the following individuals:

Charges for Tristan Anthony Nataya Pappan, 22,  have been updated to first degree homicide, first  degree burglary, conspiracy to commit a felony, and possession of a firearm in commission of a felony. Pappan was arrested on Saturday, Jan. 25.

A 17-year-old male was arrested on Sunday morning, Jan. 26.  His charges have been updated to first degree homicide, first degree burglary, conspiracy to commit a felony, and possession of a firearm in commission of a felony.

Another 17-year-old male was arrested on Monday, Jan. 27.  His charges are accessory to first degree homicide and conspiracy to commit a felony.

A 13-year-old male was arrested on Monday, Jan. 27.  His charges are accessory to first degree homicide, conspiracy to commit a felony and attempted escape from custody.

Pappan was taken to the Kay County Detention Center and a bond has already been set in the amount of $10 million.

The three juveniles have been taken into custody by the Office of Juvenile Affairs.

Detective Captain Kevin Jeffries said “This investigation is not over.  Our investigators are still combing through a lot of evidence and more interviews are planned.  I encourage anyone with information into this heinous crime to contact us immediately. “
