Liberton joining Phillips 66 Refinery staff

Effective Feb. 3, 2020, Erin Liberton will join the Phillips 66 Ponca City Refinery as Communications and Community Affairs Adviser.
In this role, Liberton will be the primary point of contact for the company’s philanthropic, media and community outreach efforts. She replaces Diane Anderson, who has elected to retire with 46 years of service to Phillips 66 and its predecessor companies.
Liberton comes to Phillips 66 with 18 years of experience in the banking industry, most recently with Equity Bank as Senior Vice President – Regional Retail Manager. In her role, Liberton had a wide range of responsibilities including the management of the Northern Oklahoma philanthropic budget for the bank.
Liberton is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Agribusiness. She has played a prominent role in the local community for many years. Currently, she is Board President of the New Emergency Resource Agency, Board Treasurer of the Community Health Foundation, Board Member for the University Center, and is a City of Ponca City Board of Adjustment member.
Her prior community leadership roles include Board President of Habitat for Humanity, Leadership Ponca City Program Chair, Board President of United Way of Ponca City, and Board Member of the Ponca City Chamber of Commerce. Liberton is a member of the Leadership Oklahoma Class 33 (2019-2020).
