Staying healthy over the holidays with support

Ponca City Now - November 26, 2019 1:03 pm

The Ponca City Library’s Staying Healthy Over the Holidays program provides over 50 activities, from November through January, to help with the challenges of staying calm and making healthy eating and exercise choices during the holiday season.

A “Get Fit Club” will be available to participants to play health Bingo, try new activities, share success stories, and get tips on how to set goals, make small changes for healthy outcomes, de-stress, lose weight, and move more.

Go online at www.poncacityok.gov/library or to the Library, located at 515 E. Grand Avenue to get schedules and a bingo participation card.

Staying Healthy Over the Holidays is funded by a Healthy Literacy Grant form the Oklahoma Department of Libraries, the Federal Institute of Museum and Library Services, and supported by local partner organizations.
