School board to hold special meeting Thursday

The Ponca City Board of Education will hold a special meeting at noon Thursday, Nov. 21.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider and take action on the purchase of a bus. Other time-sensitive items may be added to the agenda if deemed necessary.
