Harvell-Peel, Hurts Collect Weekly Honors

The Big 12 announced its weekly awards on Monday afternoon and the Oklahoma Sooners and Oklahoma State Cowboys were represented.
OU quarterback Jalen Hurts had a stat line of 30-for-42 for 297 yards and 4 touchdowns in the comeback win against Baylor. That was good enough to earn him the Big 12 offensive player of the week.
In the largest comeback victory in @OU_Football history, the senior QB accounted for 4⃣1⃣1⃣ yards of offense (3⃣0⃣5⃣ after halftime).
He was also 3⃣0⃣-for-4⃣2⃣ through the air and had a season-high 4⃣ TDs.

OSU’s safety Kolby Harvell-Peel once again stood out on the Cowboy defense once again playing a part in multiple takeaways. He picked off Kansas twice, each was against a different QB.
He collected ✌️ interceptions and recorded ? tackles in @CowboyFB‘s win.
In the last two games, he has been responsible for ?️ turnovers and has been credited with ????? during the season.

The wins for both squads will see them move up in the rankings as both have already done in the AP rankings. The conference also announced Bedlam will be a primetime game. It is set for 7PM on FOX on Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend.
