Ponca City Wildcat Wrestling Season will open on December 3rd on the road in Enid. Coach Jared Wynn has big expectations, “I am excited about this upcoming season. We have three returning state qualifiers along with a big Freshman class. We have more wrestlers out this year than we have had since I have been in Ponca City. This is a great group of guys that love the sport of wrestling and want to be successful. They work hard everyday and are ready to go compete! The coaching staff is pushing them to qualify for dual state which means winning our districts as well as finishing in the top 5 at the state tournament as a team. It is a great time to be a Wildcat and I can’t wait for the season to start so we can go compete!”
