The headline is starting to become a common one for the Oklahoma City Thunder this season: “Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Leads Thunder…”
Tuesday night was no different as the second-year star out of Kentucky continues to be a scoring force for OKC this season. Last night Gilgeous-Alexander scored 24 points on 64 percent shooting from the field.
His offensive output was good enough for the Thunder to knock off the Orlando Magic 102-94 at the Chesapeake Energy Arena.
OKC (3-4) shot 43 percent as a team and also got double digit scoring from Danilo Gallinari with 16, Steven Adams with 11, Chris Paul with 20 and Darius Bazley adding 10.
Paul continued to run the show on both sides of the ball, forcing the Magic (2-5) into 3 turnovers while dishing 6 assists without turning the ball over.
OKC honored those lost in the OKC tragedy last night with special jerseys that they gave to the families.
In partnership with the @OKCNM, family members representing each of the 168 killed in the bombing were presented with a personalized 2019-20 City Edition jersey. pic.twitter.com/oruburtZVS

The Thunder will return to action Thursday when they travel to San Antonio. The Spurs are 3-1 at home and OKC has not won on the road.
