PCPS Announces Wildcat of the Week Spencer Ball The Heather Cannon Wildcat of the Week for Week #7 is Po-Hi Junior Spencer Ball. "Spencer Ball is the kicker and sometimes punter for the Ponca City Wildcat Football team,” said Superintendent Shelley Arrott. “He has worked very hard to improve his skill of kicking throughout his high school playing career. Coach Harmon confirmed he is a hard worker, dependable, and strives to improve each practice. In fact, Spencer has made every field goal he has attempted this year, with the exception of one that was blocked. Not only has Spencer worked to improve as a kicker, but he continues to grow and improve at being responsible and dependable since he has been in high school. Spencer has a positive attitude and is always smiling and pleasant to his peers and the adults he encounters. He is very respectful, caring, and shows concern for others. He is a solid student and strives to do his best in the classroom while remaining heavily involved in his extra-curricular activities including not only football, but also soccer. “PCPS appreciates Spencer’s desire for continued improvement and for maintaining such a positive presence at Po-Hi!” #Workethic #Improve #Leadership #Discipline #Compete #Attitude #Teamwork #wildcatway #pcpsproud The Wildcat of the Week receives a Wildcat of the Week T-shirt, a Wildcat window sticker, and a coupon for a delicious burger basket from Ground Round.
