District Attorney candidate stricken from ballot

District 8, District Attorney candidate, Scott Loftis was stricken from the election ballot.

Loftis’s opponent, Brian Hermanson filed a contest of candidacy against Loftis to the Oklahoma State Election Board.

The Election Board hearing was this morning and Loftis wasn’t present at the hearing.

Hermanson will now run unopposed for the District 8, District Attorney seat.
