ENID, Okla. (AP) – Authorities say the victim of a violent home invasion in northern Oklahoma has died.

Police said Saturday that 41-year-old Diana Aide Baez died at an Oklahoma City-area hospital where she was being treated for injuries suffered during the violent attack in Enid.

Authorities say the home invasion occurred about 2:45 a.m. Wednesday. When officers arrived, they found several children inside the home and their mother suffering from life-threatening injuries.

The children told police that two masked men forced their way into the home, attacked the woman and fled. They were described as wearing long-sleeved shirts and gloves.

No arrests have been made.
