Astronomy Club meeting Friday at RecPlex

The Ponca City Astronomy club will be meeting in the Art Studio of the Ponca City RecPlex at 6 p.m. Friday. Please come and bring friends.

The “Sidewalk Astronomy” event has helped as we had about 30 – 50 people stop by to look at the Moon, Jupiter and Saturn, many plan to join us.

“As it gets dark earlier we will have more to come view through our telescopes,” founder Richard Jones said.
