One last chance today to register Ponca City students

Ponca City Public Schools are offering one additional day for registration today, Aug. 7.

“We want all of our elementary students to be assigned a classroom on Meet Your Teacher Night and we want all of our secondary students to have a schedule on assigned schedule pick-up days. There are some students who have not been assigned to a site or classroom because the registration process has not been completed,” district spokeswoman Mary Ladd said.

Elementary parents are asked to bring proof of residency so their child will be assigned a teacher. Secondary parents are asked to log on to the Parent Portal and make sure the registration screen has a green check mark for each child  attending PCPS.

Since this day is additional, there will be limited staff at the Registration Center. Hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 111 West  Grand Avenue. Make sure your child is able to meet their teacher or have a schedule to pick up!
