Bartlesville plane crashes in Colorado

MONTROSE, Colo. (AP) – Authorities are looking for survivors after a small plane crashed into a reservoir in southwestern Colorado. Ian Gregor, a spokesman for the Federal Aviation Administration, says the single-engine Socata TBM700 was headed from Bartlesville, Oklahoma when it crashed into a reservoir south of Montrose just before 2 p.m. yesterday. A sheriff’s deputy reported finding debris but no sign of the plane’s occupants about 180 miles southwest of Denver.
