Man injured in accident west of Perry

A 60-year-old Perry man was injured in an accident about 6:45 p.m. Monday on U.S. Highway 77 at CR 70, about 1 mile west of Perry in Noble County.

The man, whose name has not been released, was driving a 2005 Ford F150. He was transported by unknown means to OU Medical Center in stable condition with trunk internal injuries.

The vehicle was  westbound on US 77, departed the roadway to the left, struck a concrete culvert, rolled ½ time, and came to rest on its top, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported. The investigation is continuing.
