The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported that a personal injury collision occurred at about 1:04 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of SH 99 and Dildine Road, about 1.1 miles south of Hominy, OK in Osage County.

The patrol said the accident involved a 2006 Kawasaki ZX636 motorcycle driven by Ebony Nicole McFadden (SIC), 23, of Tulsa, OK. She was transported by Hominy EMS to Cleveland Area Hospital, where she was treated and released.

The second vehicle involved was a 2002 Yamaha Venture motorcycle driven by Phillip Ray Womack, 43, of Sand Springs, OK. He was transported by Mercy Regional to St. Johns, Tulsa, where he was admitted in unknown condition with leg and trunk internal injuries.

The Highway Patrol’s report stated that McFadden’s motorcycle and Womack’s motorcycle were travelling northbound on State Highway 99. Womack’s vehicle attempted to make a westbound turn onto Dildine Road. McFadden’s vehicle was following too closely and struck Womack’s vehicle on the roadway. Helmets were in use by drivers. The condition of both drivers was apparently normal and the cause of the collision is attributed to following too closely.

Investigated by Trooper Gregory #430 Osage/Pawnee Detachment of Troop K. Assisted by Trooper Littlesun #560, Hominy EMS, Mercy Regional EMS, and Hominy Police Department.

This report is based upon the trooper’s investigation of this collision. It may contain the opinion of the trooper.
