Amateur astronomy group to meet June 27 at library

A new amateur astronomy group is forming in Ponca City. The group will be for people interested in learning about what is in the night sky tonight, where to find it and how to look at it.

A knowledge of astronomy is welcome, but NOT required.

The group’s first meeting will be at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 27, at the Ponca City Library.
