Wells taken offline; water pressure reduced

Five water wells have been taken offline, due to flooding in Ponca City’s West Wellfield and Lake Road area. 

The Ponca City Water Treatment Plant, though fully functioning, is currently sending potable water to the water distribution system at a lower than normal pressure.

Customers throughout the community may experience lower water pressure, until these water wells can be brought back on line.
