The 33rd Ponca City Leadership Class will graduate at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Ponca City Country Club. There will be a social time before the banquet from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the ballroom. You are invited to attend. Tickets are $35 per person. The deadline to RSVP is Monday.

We will also recognize our Larry Hughes Leadership Award winner during the banquet. All Leadership Alumni are encouraged to attend. Our leadership program is one of the oldest in the State of Oklahoma.

Friday we will have a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 10 a.m. for Stuteville Chevrolet located at 3330 N. 14th. We are excited about their investment in Ponca City. Please join us Friday and help us thank them for investing in Ponca City.

The Education and Workforce Development Committee will meet Thursday at 4 p.m. at the Chamber Office. The support staff reception, held last week, was a huge success. Our Partners in Education will have their wrap up meeting at 4 p.m. Thursday, May 9, at the Board of Education. We will send out a reminder before May 9. The Education and Workforce Development Committee is a very active committee of the Chamber. They are making a difference with our schools both public and private.
