Animal Control Commission to meet April 16

The Animal Control Commission will meet at 5:30  p.m. Tuesday, April 16, in the McFadden Room at City Hall, 516 East Grand Ave.

Police Chief Don Bohon will give a report on Animal Control Statistics.

In new business, the commission will select a new chair and discuss an expiring commission seat.

The commission also will discuss releasing animals to veterinarians.

There will be a time for citizen comments. As provided by law, the Animal Control board shall make no decisions or consideration of action of citizen’s comments, except to refer the matter to the appropriate party, or to schedule the matter for board consideration at a later date.
