On Tuesday, April 2, the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office asked the OSBI for assistance with the investigation of a suspicious death in rural Seminole County.

A white male was found dead in the front seat of his vehicle. Based on evidence at the crime scene, it was determined 43-year-old Mickel Kelough, of Seminole, Oklahoma, was murdered.

During the course of the investigation, agents believed 32-year-old Coker Dean Barker and 27-year-old Anastacia Little, both of Seminole, were involved with Kelough’s death. A description of the vehicle driven by the suspects was entered into the National Crime Information Center, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents got a hit on the license plate as the suspects were trying to enter Mexico at the Laredo, Texas, border crossing.

At approximately 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, Barker and Little were arrested and booked into the Webb County, Texas, jail. They are being held on an arrest warrant for murder in the first degree.
