Tuesday, Feb. 12, we will have a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 10 a.m. for the refurbished Ponca City RecPlex. The RecPlex looks incredible. It offers family, individual and senior memberships. The RecPlex is creating all kinds of fun activities you can take advantage of with your membership. Check it all out during the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. The Ponca City Leadership Chairs will meet Wednesday to plan the State Government Session. This year it will be a two-day event in Oklahoma City. We are adding to this session the Oklahoma State Chamber, Oklahoma Department of Commerce, Oklahoma Department of Tourism and the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce. It is going to be amazing.
Next weekend we will have a booth at the Wichita Women’s Fair promoting Ponca City. Wichita is a great market for us. Almost 80 percent of people that visit Kaw Lake come from Kansas. This is a very well attended show that runs from Friday through Sunday.
