OSBI assists in homicide investigation in Okfuskee County

On Friday, January 11, 2019, the OSBI was asked to assist Temple, Texas, Police Department investigators.
Investigative information led investigators to rural Okfuskee County, where a homicide investigation is underway.
The identity of the victim(s) and cause(s) and manner(s) of death will be determined at autopsy by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
The OSBI continues to assist Temple Police Department in this active investigation. All media inquiries and questions should be directed to the Temple Police Department.
