Beauty College ribbon-cutting held at new location

Buffy Layman, along with her husband Jay, cut the ribbon for their new location for Ponca City Beauty College. They are now located at 3010 N. 14th Street next to Tractor Supply. They have a great new facility for their students. Natalie Prather and Spike Henderson hold the ribbon representing the Chamber.
