Billy Ross Taiclet, age 84, of Ponca City, Oklahoma passed away December 6, 2018 at Alliance Health of Ponca City.

A celebration of his life will be held Tuesday, December 11. 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at the Blackwell Cemetery with Rev. Tom Howard officiating.

Billy was born on September 25, 1934 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Ross and Audrey (Morse) Taiclet. Grew up in Ponca City and graduated from Ponca City High School in 1954. Married Margaret Lynes in 1977. Bill worked as a Welder for Mertz Machine.
