Repair on intersection to begin Tuesday

Beginning Tuesday, Nov. 6, the intersection of First Street and Cleveland Avenue will be closed for a project to mill and overlay the roadway surface through the intersection.
The project is expected to be completed within two days. During construction, north/south traffic will be diverted to Second Street and east/west traffic will be diverted to Grand Avenue.
