We will have a reception for Austin Unruh, our Tourism Coordinator, from 4 to 5 p.m. Monday at the Chamber Office. You are invited to attend. Austin has taken a job with another company here in Ponca City. He has done a great job as our Tourism Coordinator. Please plan to join us and thank him for what he has done promoting Ponca City.
Tuesday Community National Bank and Trust will host the October Chamber Business after Hours at the Ponca City Country Club from 5 to 7 p.m. It will be a lot of fun. Please plan to attend if you are a Chamber Member.
We have two Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies this week. The first one is Wednesday at 10 a.m. for Old West Liquors located at 3211 N. 14th Street. The other one is Friday, Oct. 26 at 10 a.m. for Anderson and Company Salon and Spa located at 314 E. Central. Please join us and thank these businesses for their investment in Ponca City.
Friday at noon in the Commission Chambers at City Hall Pat McFerron will speak about the state questions we will vote on in November. Pat will give the pros and the cons on each question. It will end at 1 p.m. Please be an informed voter when you go to the polls.
This week the Chamber Board, Tourism Bureau and Ponca Politics Committee will all meet.
