Ponca City woman drowns

According to police officials Ponca City police department and fire department responded to a drowning yesterday morning.
Elizabeth Grace Horning, 28 was transported from Timber North apartments to Ponca City Medical Center in life threatening condition.
She was pronounced dead less than an hour later.
Police officials said the cause of death is still under investigation.
