On July 20th we sought the public’s help in locating 15-year-old Anthony B. Leclair. Leclair was wanted on several outstanding felony warrants, had previously escaped custody, and Police needed to speak with him about possible involvement in a recent homicide investigation.
On July 26th, LeClair was located by Ponca City Police Officers, and was arrested. He has been transported to a juvenile lockup facility. The homicide investigation is ongoing, and Leclair will be interviewed by Detectives on a later date.
