Hubbard Road bridge now open

The Hubbard Road bridge just west of Waverly Street has reopened this week. The project began in January and was nearly completed for some time while waiting for subcontractors to complete the final details, which included installation of guard rails and final inspections. The new bridge is very welcomed by drivers who have been using detours.
