Arrest made in Newkirk homicide

Kay County Undersheriff Sean Grigsba said an arrest was made about 2 a.m. Sunday in connection with a homicide in Newkirk discovered Saturday.

Grigsba did not release the name of the suspect or the victim and said details would not be updated until Monday.
