Windows going in at Community Place building

Employees of Frontier Windows and Siding are installing new windows in the Community Place apartment building at Third Street and Grand Avenue.
This historic renovation project is creating a 24-apartment complex with 12 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom apartments.
The work on the former office building also includes upgrades to all electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, as well as installation of a fire sprinkler/alarm system.
The project, by MACO, is valued at $2,748,843.
