TONKAWA — It is not too late to adopt a Duck for the upcoming Lucky Duck Derby held on July 4 in Tonkawa, Oklahoma.
A long-standing tradition, the Duck race will be held immediately following the parade downtown at the canal on West Grand Avenue just west of the Christian Life Church.
There are over 30 prizes including a 55” RCA TV, VISA gift cards, gift certificates, etc. You do NOT have to be present to win!

Tickets are $5 each or 5 Ducks (Quack Pack) for $20 and may be purchased at First National Bank, Farmer’s Exchange Bank, Chamber Office, Sarah Campbell’s Dental Office, The Final Cut, Tonkawa Library and from any THS Alumni Board member. Tickets will also be sold at Venture Foods from June 23 through July 2nd. The goal this year is to raise $10,000 with all proceeds going to Tonkawa High School Senior scholarships & THS projects. If you live out of town and would like to purchase a Duck, you can contact Reta Swords, Duck Derby Chairman at 580-628-1833.

Come join the fun on July 4th and get “Quacked!”
