The Northern Oklahoma Humane Society, in partnership with the Bissell Pet Foundation, is taking part in “Empty The Shelters – Holiday Hope” event December 1 through December 11. There are many pets looking for new, fur-ever homes right now, and for these 11 days all adoption fees will be reduced to just $25. The Northern Oklahoma Humane Society is located at 900 West Prospect in Ponca City.
