Chamber holds ribbon cutting for RCB Bank Express Branch

The Ponca City Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony for RCB Bank Express Branch, located at Second Street and Chestnut Avenue.
Cutting the ribbon is Jeff Cowan, along with Ike Glass, Frank Robson, Rick Mosier, Mayor Homer Nicholson, Larry Murphy, Rick Scott, Tim Seidel, Clement Collogan, Lee Evans and Roger Mosier.
Holding the ribbon are Stephen Hormas and Janie Day.
