Blackwell Chamber of Commerce announces a Barn Quilt Design Contest to celebrate Blackwell’s 125th Birthday!

The Contest begins TODAY, May 15, and concludes on July 13, so artists can get creative and turn in their original designs at the Chamber office before the deadline.
