The Blackwell Journal-Tribune is reporting that the Blackwell City Council have just approved their 2022-2023 Fiscal Year Budget which includes the following utility rate increases, effective July 1, 2022.
SEWER: 40% increase
WATER: 4% increase
WASTE: 4% increase
ELECTRIC: 4% increase
