Shelby Dale Krout, 28, Oklahoma City, entered guilty pleas in the Kay County District Court to felony charges of embezzlement and false declaration of ownership in pawn and a misdemeanor charge of false declaration of ownership in pawn.
According to Kay News Cow, Krout is now convicted of embezzling from Evans and Associates.
Ponca City police report that he took eight saws and pawned five of them.
Sentencing is deferred for five years. and he was ordered to apologize to the victims and pay $5,429.95 in restitution.
