The Ponca City Police Department is looking for the public’s help in identifying the person in the photograph.
On the night of March 18, an unknown subject wearing an OU sweatshirt entered Golden Chick after hours. He stole food items and a black in color Samsung A12 cell phone. He was inside the business for approximately 4 ½ hours. No damage was done to the business.
