Chamber Of Commerce Hands Out Free Money

Beginning this Saturday you have the chance to win at least $50, if not more.

Ponca City hosst the largest retail promotion in the state and it’s known as Community-wide Holiday Giveaway.

The giveaway encourages you to shop Ponca first.

For every $10 you spend you get a ticket and for every ticket you are entered to win cash prizes.

On top of that the Chamber of Commerce has created another way for shoppers to win money.

Chamber president, Rich Cantillion told me it’s called Santa’s Suprise Shopper.

“Chamber volunteers will actually go in participating Community-wide Holiday Giveaway businesses between now and the drawing Dec. 19 and randomly select a costumer in a participating business, and give them $50 in Santa bucks just for shopping with one of our participates,” Rich said.

This will replace the listing of ticket numbers in the newspaper.

There are 85 participating businesses and you can find a list at the chamber office or at WWW.PoncaCityChamber.com.

Shopping at these 85 places enters you for a chance to win $500, $1,000 or $5,000.

Winners will be announced starting at 7 p.m. on KPNC and KLOR.

If you have a winning ticket you have 5-minutes to call Chamber.

Then depending on where you live up to an hour to claim your prize at the Chamber office.
