Pancake Supper to benefit Big Brothers/Big Sisters

Prince of Peace Lutheran Church will host its annual Fat Tuesday Pancake Supper from 4:30-7:00 p.m. on February 13 at the church, 2800 Turner Rd.

The annual Mardi Gras themed celebration will offer all you can eat pancakes, sausage, applesauce and beverage.  Adult tickets are $6, children tickets (ages 5-10) $3 and children under 5 eat free.

Tickets may be purchased from a church member or at the door on Tuesday evening.  Carry-outs will be available at the door.  The proceeds from this year’s pancake supper will be donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ponca City.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma Ponca City office targets the children who need us most, including those living in single parent homes, growing up in poverty and coping with parental incarceration. Starting something begins with finding a great match between a Big and a Little. Making these matches, and performing all the background work involved with them, is possible because of donations from our community.  It’s also why we’re able to offer such a wide variety of programs that pair children, ages 6 through 18, with role models in one-to-one relationships.

Help us help our community through Big Brothers Big Sisters Ponca City.
