771 new COVID-19 cases for Kay County as of Feb. 2

As of February 2, Kay County a total of 771 new COVID-19 cases. This is a 3.7% increase compared to the following week. Kay County’s seen an overall total of 11,459 COVID cases since March 2020.

 

Other statistics for Kay County show that 52.8% of the age 5+ population, as well as 85.1% of the 65+ population, have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. 44.2% of the 5+ population in Kay County is fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine.

 

As for the entire District 3 area, which includes Creek, Lincoln, Kay, Noble, Osage, Pawnee and Payne counties, 5,386 new COVID-19 cases were reported between January 25-31. The District 3 area has seen 70,310 COVID-19 cases since March 2020.
