Second floor framed at new apartment building

Construction crews have framed in apartments on the second floor of a new apartment building on Fourth Street between Cleveland Avenue and Chestnut Avenue. This is designed as a 24-unit complex of two-bedroom apartments.

The developer for the project is MACO of Clarkton, Mo.

MACO is also the developer of the Community Building renovation, which will become an apartment building with 12 one-bedroom apartments and 12 two-bedroom apartments.
