A Red Alert is no longer in effect for Lorraine Morningstar Torres of Ponca City since she’s been found. Torres went missing on October 7th after being at her aunt’s house in Ponca City. 12 days later on October 19, MMIP of Northern Oklahoma Indian Territory shared the news that she was found.
