In June of 2003, farm workers found 34-year-old Pamela Woodring’s nude body in a creek by a bridge two miles north of the intersection of highways 54 and 49 in Kiowa County.

If anyone has information about her death, please contact the OSBI at 1-800-522-8017 or email [email protected].

OSBI is taking a new approach to help solve cold cases with the help of the Department of Corrections. Recently, OSBI put 52 cold case homicides, missing persons, and unidentified victims on a deck of playing cards.

Five thousand of the decks are being sold to inmates within DOC facilities. OSBI is working on a second edition with more cold cases from across the state.
