OSBI offers reward in two murders

Beverly Bryant - October 26, 2017 10:27 am

The OSBI is offering up to a $5,000 reward for information about the murders of two women in August, 2016.

Emily Morgan, 23, and Totinika Elix, 24, were shot and killed inside Morgan’s car parked outside a home in Bache.

OSBI special agents have conducted numerous interviews, collected evidence, and served several search warrants in an effort to solve the case.

OSBI hopes a sizeable reward will encourage someone with information to come forward.

If anyone has information, please call the OSBI hotline at 1-800-522-8017 or email [email protected].
