Big Blue wins another superior rating in Winfield

At the Mound of Sound Marching Contest held Tuesday at Winfield, Kansas, Ponca City High School’s Big Blue Band earned a superior (I) rating and finished second overall.
Drum majors Tyrese Hinman, Paul Miller, and Feather Campbell were selected as the outstanding drum majors of the contest.
The band also earned a superior, or I, rating at the Central State Marching Festival held recently at Bill Snyder Stadium on the campus of Kansas State University at Manhattan, Kansas.
