The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation recently completed a weeklong, proactive operation to track down internet predators targeting children.

The OSBI Internet Crimes Against Children Unit and ICAC Task Force focused several agents in an effort to find individuals online who were searching for children to victimize. Agents targeted profiles which used certain key words or phrases which indicated the users were seeking to connect with children for illegal purposes.

At the end of  the operation, the OSBI had arrested 12 suspects.
