A building progress report prepared by Lewis Associates Architects earlier this month shows construction of the Ponca City High School Concert Hall is on schedule to meet the substantial completion goal of Aug. 3, 2018.

The guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for the project is $9,729,361.21. Approved payments by Sept. 5 totaled $1,041,070.11.

The project started in March 2017.

In early September, the report said about 85 percent of the floor slab installation was complete. The most striking change in the landscape is the elevator tower which rises to the north of the auditorium floor.
